1. Introduction
Welcome to Just Maddie.
These Terms & Conditions outline how I work, what you can expect from me, and what I expect from you when we work together or use this website.
By engaging my services or using this website, you agree to these terms.
2. Services
Just Maddie provides services including (but not limited to):

Systems, automation, and operational support
All services will be agreed upon before work begins.
3. No Guarantees
bring experience, strategy, and care to every project, but I do not guarantee specific results.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Leads or sales
-
Ad performance
-
Revenue growth
-
Social media growth
Results depend on many factors outside my control, including your business, offer, timing, and market conditions.
4. Client Responsibilities
To get the best results, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Give feedback and approvals when needed

Supply access to platforms (e.g. Meta, Google, website)

Communicate openly and respectfully
Delays in communication or access may impact timelines and results.
5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins

Work may require upfront payment or a retainer

Late payments may result in paused work
-
No work will be delivered if payment is not received
All pricing is in NZD unless otherwise stated.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital services:

Payments are generally non-refundable

Once work has started, refunds will not be provided
If there is an issue, I’m always open to a conversation to find a fair solution.
7. Revisions & Scope

Work includes a reasonable number of revisions (agreed upfront)

Additional revisions or changes outside scope may incur extra cost

Any new work outside the original agreement will be quoted separately
8. Intellectual Property

Final paid work may be used by you for your business

I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise

Concepts, strategies, and frameworks remain the property of Just Maddie
9. Confidentiality
Any business information you share with me will be treated as confidential and not shared with third parties unless required to deliver services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Just Maddie is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or profits

Business performance outcomes
-
Platform changes (e.g. Meta, Google algorithm changes)
-
Any indirect or consequential loss
You agree that you are responsible for your own business decisions.
11. Third-Party Platforms
I may work with platforms such as:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
-
Google
-
TikTok
-
Website platforms (Wix, WordPress, etc.)
I am not responsible for outages, policy changes, or performance issues related to these platforms.
12. Termination
Either party may end a working relationship with reasonable notice.
Any work completed up to that point must be paid for.
13. Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.
