My story
I didn't start out as a consultant.
My career began in traditional marketing, print, radio, sales. As the industry shifted, I shifted with it. Over 10+ years I moved into digital marketing, programmatic advertising, and campaign management, eventually leading agencies responsible not just for the output, but for the systems, the people, and the delivery behind it.
What I kept seeing, in agency after agency, client after client, was the same thing.
Brilliant businesses. And marketing that was draining them dry. Not because they weren't working hard enough. Because no one had ever helped them build it properly.

I'm based in Kaiapoi, South Island, working nationally and internationally, fully remote. Outside of work, I'm a digital enthusiast, proud empty nester, and someone who genuinely believes the right systems can make your life calmer, not just your business better.
